Prophecy Day PowerPoint Broadcast

This year we are having to change the way that the PowerPoints are being broadcasted. A problem has arisen with the authorSTREAM service that we have previously used. This year we are using the Microsoft PowerPoint Online service, which allows us to broadcast the slides from within the PowerPoint and not through an additional service.

However there is a slight drawback to this service. Unlike authorSTREAM where the links to the PowerPoint remain the same forever, the links for this service change everytime we restart the broadcast. This means the links will not be available until 15 minutes before the talks begin.

There is also a possibility with this service that the speaker could be able to control the PowerPoint as they present it in the Benn Hall, reducing the problems we have encountered in the past when slides have been changed, or we have fallen behind the speaker if we have had to deal with something else. Please note that this might not be possible, we will let you know closer to the time, the finer details.
